We Florida Financial unauthorized credit card charges

We FL Fincancial never process nor investigate unauthorized credit card charges. Instead, they give the run-around. Since 2016, when I first got the credit card from We FL Financial (WFF), never have processed, investigated, nor refunded money from any of my "dispute-claims." They would only mail a form-letter which is a generic letter for each dispute, to...
