My online grocery orders have been canceled 4 times without an explanation that makes sense. I called your customer service twice without any resolution. I recorded the 2nd call as your rep encouraged me to delete my account only to receive a voicemail this morning stating because I closed my account they're closing my case. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience or resolution or even a reason why this has occurred.
Claimed loss: My grocery order was canceled 4 times without a real reason. I have experienced loss of time, stress and an exacerbation of my anxiety.
Desired outcome: At would appreciate a gift card and/or a discount. As well as an explanation of why this occurred and why my account is being targeted.
