Bought July 11 and delivered July 13 and broke September 6, 2025. Frigidaire and Lowe's will not replace this junk. Waiting for service appointment until September 15, 2025 with Frigidaire. Do NOT purchase Fridigdare products and do NOT shop at any Lowe's.

You know Lowe's has been in business since 1921. I do not know how after my recent treatment by them. No ethics or morals. How do you live with yourselves? I am not a quitter and will come after Lowe's until I am made whole after this fiasco. How would you feel if a company took advantage of you. I look forward to the day when Lowe's is put out of business. The stores are full of defective products, inept workers and no customer service. I am so done with Lowe's! Yes I am so mad with Lowe's.
No response from Lowe's. Electrolux Fridigdare is sending messages that they are still coming on Monday. I'm not going to hold my breath on this.
How can you say Lowe's is a legit company. I differ with your rating. They sell crappy products and only give customers 90 day window with major appliances. I just got burned after have an appliance less than 60 days. Please elaborate
