Unethical Behaviour
During installation of a new Geyser their staff caused significant damage to the wall of an adjacent room. Immediately after this occurred payment for call-out fees was made. However I indicated by mail to the operations and financial department that full payment will be made once the repairs have been affected. After 3 weeks the damage has not yet been fully repaired (Plastered, but not painted). However I am informed by a Nicole Pratt that if full payment is not made the geyser will be removed, the works already done will be undone (thus a new hole will be broken in my wall) and I will still be required to pay the full amount plus legal fees. Additionally all costs I incurred via an agent to open the apartment for workers will be for my own account.
Is this not unethical (bordering on blackmail) behavior?

I fully agree. I had blocked drains which they came and sorted out. Was charged
R 4500 for the job. A week later the problem arose again. Water in my shower standing again and toilet making bubbly noises. We called them and was told that the guarantee is only for 5 to 7 days. Shocking. So extremely dissaooneted by the Drain Surgeons poor service. Will never use them again. My R 4500 gone down the drain. No pun intended. Disgruntled customer. South Africa
