PlasBit Tester buddy

I cashed out twice February 10, 2024 one for 28$ &bone for 55$ and it was never transfered to my pay pay even though it said I’d was transferred to my mail but every other time it was transferred just fine and I really need the money since my husband is having surgery on the 29th of February m. Is there anything I can do to recoup my money? Please contact me at [protected]@aol.com as my Gmail account is no longer working, thank you for your help!
