OpenSea banned my account for no reason and keeping the money they owe me for their fraudulent reasons
On June 15, 2022 I received a email from OpenSea saying that my account was disabled for violating TOS (As Shown in the Screenshots). I went to the OpenSea website and my account was banned for real. I am not sure for what reason they did this to me because I haven't done any recent activity with my NFTs nor tried anything wrong on purpose. I have raised a support ticket but their answer was very genetic "While unfortunately I'm unable to disclose additional details, I have reviewed and can confirm your account was disabled for violating our Terms”. Also I have received an email from OpenSea support on December 3, 2023 about how I made several sales on OpenSea (As Shown in the Screenshots) but I have never received any of the payments from the several sales that I have made in my Meta mask wallet. So not only OpenSea banned my account but also not paying me for the several sales that I have made, this is theft and fraudulent activities which is a cyber crime/illegal.
Desired outcome: I just want OpenSea to unbanned my account so I can be able to receive the payments from the several sales that I have made on OpenSea.
