Home Town Restyling I been havin' leaks in my sunroom and nothin' seems to fix it

I been havin' leaks in my sunroom and nothin' seems to fix it. The last time I had someone come out, they messed up the ceilin' by not bracin' it right. I done emailed the boss of that part of the company, but he ain't gettin' back to me. I even asked for a quote to replace the whole dang sunroom, but still no response.
