I make sure I should received my cargo at 1 time at my door to door service. Then only I had initiate on 9th september I placed my goods boxes at bpl cargo office khobar.
1. Bill no. S069541 2 boxes first attempt I received 2 no. 1box & refrigerator on 19 october.
2. Bill no. S069099 23 boxes second attempt out of 23 I received only 21 boxes only on 21 october.
Why 2 boxes not received i. E 2 tv? I call bpl & check they placed in another container answer from bpl khobar office. Why in another container, after I make sure before sending with bpl they should have send all together, based on their words and agreed. They are killing our time and creating distrubance to us. Again in 3rd attempt when I am going to received my 2 tv's tell me the date I have to kill my time again this is yours service? 3rd class bpl service I will not recommend people to send with bpl cargo service. They are careless the people deployed on counter dosent no how to speak killing time and money I hate bpl.

Good Morning Sir,
It is regret to write that the above mentioned Cargo Service is one of the worst services.
At the time of sending shipments they also talk rudely and doesn't want to cooperate with the customer.
I have send my 3 parcels on 27/04/2019 to Kashmir (India)...now almost 57 days have gone their is no sign of my shipments to my home.I am worried about the infant milk which I have sent..
Their is no response no feed back from cargo company.they just gave me mobile numbers and I am calling from my own.
When I call or go to the office their is negative response...
I request strict action must be taken to BPL Kunooz Al Samah Cargo Services.

We have been sending emails to BPL to try and find out shipment for around two months at this point. We are starting to wonder if the entire shipment is lost or held up but can't get a hold of ANYONE at BPL and they have not responded to our emails. We are currently in Guangzhou, China and can't get a hold anyone.

Our tracking number is AAO74792 (we think) and we have included out receipt with this complaint. We don't want to make trouble we just want to be able to track and find out shipment.

[censor]dup service for bpl cargo service. I send 3 cargo for December month.
One cargo send 03/12/17 bill no. A0174304. still not get it for in my house. we are calling Dammam and calicut office. but their responses is very harsh. and second cargo send 15/12/17 bill no A0175273 and A0175274. this two cargo same address and send same date, and same time. I call Dammam office about this cargo status. he is inform one cargo send Bombay one cargo send Delhi. I dont know what happening. I need last two cargo receiving in my house same time, I dont want this this cargo send two times. Please need reply ASAP. Otherwise complaint register officially.

Thank you Mr. Shabnas of BPL for your complete lack of customer service.

Despite my telling Mr.Shabnas at BPL that the shipping date (August 17) on my declaration was a mistake and should be August 7, Mr. Shabnas ignored my pleas to send my shipment earlier stating that the company went on what was on the declaration. This is complete idiocy to ignore the actual wishes of a customer and make the shipment late. As it is, I may lose the shipment completely since there may be no one including me, the customer at the final destination to collect it.

While travelling from Dammam, KSA, on exit visa, I booked cargo with BPL CARGO of Dammam Saudi Arabia, of used household items books, dinner set CDs, computer hardware and software, electric hot plate, electric iron, bed sheets, shoes, thermos flask clothes' dryers bag of shoes and other personal items, in two carton boxes [HWB # A0158820 (52 Kg.), HWB # A0158821 (29.50 Kg.) and HWB # A0158822 (5 Kg.)a small hand carry type parcel for the clothes' dryers], total weight of these cargo is 86.50 kgs. Like usual I asked BPL to send the cargo to my care of address in Hotel Silversand in Thampanoor in TVM, after booking this cargo my visa was delayed and BPL delivered to the Hotel before my arrival. Finding that the customer has not arrived at the hotel the BPL people re-sent the cargo to their HO in Calicut (Kozhikode), during this process one of the cartons (HWB # A0158820-52 Kg.) was broken open & the contents shipped back to BPL Calicut (Kozhikode) according Suju Prasad (Birla) Cell 1# [protected] & co-driver (Cell # [protected]). While effecting delivery of the cargo on September 10, 2015, by Riyaz (cell # [protected]), I received only carton box/s HWB # A0158821 (29.50 Kg.)and HWB # A0158822 (5 Kg.), total weight of 34.50 Kg., PLUS only one bag from the broken carton box (HWB # A0158820 (52 Kg.) weighing around 5 Kg., so when I asked Riyaz about the remaining cargo he told that he delivered what was given to him for delivery [ BPL Cargo Calicut office staff Prijula (Cell # [protected]) told me that the carton box was broken and contents kept elsewhere, that was confirmed by BPL Cargo Manager by Abu Bakkar (cell # [protected])]. The remaining cargo from this carton box weighing around 47 kgs, is yet to delivered to me. (I lodged a complaint of the missing cargo with BPL Office Calicut on September 11, 2015, the day after receipt of partial cargo from BPL Cargo). EVER SINCE THAT FIRST DAY OF DELIVERY ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2015 I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH .ALL THE ABOVE GUYS TO DELIVER THE MISSING CARGO, ABU BAKKAR TOLD ME THAT HE IS VISITING TVM THIS WEEK, BUT SINCE HE IS NOT TO BE SEEN I WRITE THIS COMPLAINT TO BRING IT TO YOUR NOTICE THE PENDING DELIV ERY OF REMAINING CARGO FROM HWB # A0158820, AROUND 47 Kgs immediately failing which legal action will be initiated.
