I'm a customer of Bay Fuel Oil Company

I'm a customer of Bay Fuel Oil Company. I called them on 09/15 to order oil and asked them to use my remaining heap payment of *** for the delivery. But they put more oil in my tank and charged me *** dollars extra. *** told me this is not allowed. This company has a reputation for doing shady things, like adding extra surcharges on credit cards and having to return them to customers through the attorney general.
