I went into the ER with an ear infection and impaction. The nurse who did it was acting very unprofessional and practically danced for joy to do the irrigation. She did a very poor job with the irrigation, shoving the instrument into my ear canal and then continuing to irrigate after I complained of SEVERE dizziness (she began laughing, she didn't even attempt to stop) and after the impaction was out. Because of this she burst my eardrum and I have permanent scar tissue. The hospital now refuses to accept that they did this and don't take any responsibility. I even submitted to the grievance department and they pretty much just ignored my concerns. I now have to pay the doctor and staff for damaging my ear, which I should NEVER have had to do. If you value your health don't go here. They are extremely unprofessional and lack beside manner.
