I am filing a formal complaint regarding order #676730, placed on October 29, 2025.
The order consisted of five pairs of slides. At the time of purchase, the company stated that footwear orders would ship within 6–13 weeks. Despite waiting well beyond the stated timeframe and making multiple attempts to contact the company, I have only received one pair of slides after repeatedly complaining and requesting updates.
As of May 13, 2026, four pairs remain undelivered. The company has failed to provide meaningful communication, shipping updates, tracking information, or a confirmed resolution regarding the missing items. Multiple emails requesting assistance have gone unanswered.
I believe the company has failed to fulfill its obligations to complete the order or properly address customer concerns. The delay has now extended several months beyond the promised shipping timeframe, and the lack of communication has made it impossible to reasonably resolve the matter directly.
I am requesting one of the following resolutions:
* Immediate shipment of the remaining four pairs of slides with valid tracking information, or
* A full refund for the undelivered items
I have retained records of:
* The original order confirmation
* The company’s stated shipping timeframe
* Payment confirmation
* Delivery records showing only one item received
* Copies of my unanswered emails and communication attempts
I am submitting this complaint in hopes of obtaining a fair resolution to this matter.
Recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
