Cinemark - Discriminated against me being barefoot

I was escorted by 2 police officers out of the Cinemark Spring Klein Xd theater for not wearing shoes. This was totally illegal because there is a Texas law that states no one can refuse anyone going into a business barefooted.
Please let me know who I need to contact to send a discrimination complaint to via the Texas state discrimination department

Desired outcome: Law suite will determine the outcome
