Jack In The Box

I stopped at the jack in the box, off pleasantburg in greenville.. I ordered the new sour dough ranch burger.. i asked for curly fries with a sprite.. my burger was dry no ranch, cheese wasn't melted and the fries were cold.. when i tried to call back it was a fax number.. i have not visited a jack in the box in over a year because of the poor service I encounterer in the past.. I would like to be able to go and receive fresh food for once..
