On 8/12/2023, At approximately 630pm, I experienced terrible service here in Florence SC at Belk. I had to wait in line nearly 20 minutes because they had one cashier trying to do a credit application for a customer. Then another cashier comes up and when I go to pay for my item I'm told I have to use my pin on my debit card which I never use because of security reasons. This situation with the long waiting and them not disclosing their payment options has left a bad impression and I will not only not shop here again, but will likely tell others about my experience as well.
