Tim Hortons - Product and service

The Tim Hortons in Cambridge is the armpits of coffee shops. I have been getting Hot Chocolate that is 3/4 full, Coffee that taste like it is watered down and I mean watered down. If one woman is not there by the name of Linda the service and products suck. Something needs to be done to improve this location. Maybe I will have to start going to Starbucks.

Desired outcome: Straighten this location out or close it.
