Macy's

I'm contacting you about Macy's in Palisades, West Nyack, New York. The woman who is supposed to be the manager in the shoes department is very unprofessional everytime I go in there. Twice, I had issue with her (returning a pair of shoes) where she was very arrogant like she owns Macy's. I was there just this past Saturday September 07th, 2019. She was yelling at this associates while all the other associates are looking, and talking. I was near the register and I can see her belittle this associates! Macy's needs to teach this manager how to address other people. Macy's needs to hire the proper professional who can actually manage.
