Smith's

The management at Smiths on Mountain City Highway in Elko NV are not letting employees take lunch breaks. One of my children has been working there for two months and just told me that they are not allowed to take a lunch break on an 8 hour shift. They have asked other workers if this is normal and have been told by others that they do not get breaks either. As most of the employees in these departments are young they do not understand their rights as employees. I will be lodging a formal complaint with the Department of Labor tomorrow. 7/26/15
