The staff is perpetually rude. One technician in particular is the worst and once erroniously refused to accept a pharmaceutical voucher. I had to trasnsfer my prescription to another Albertsons just to get my medication. Today, I called to check on a prescription and was told that it was ready, only to get there and be told they were out of my medication. it's a daily prescription. No apology. Just rudeness. I am taking my business elswhere. It's too bad because it was convenient to shop there as my doctor's office is in the same complex. I'm disabled. . I'll also take my shopping elswhere.
Claimed loss: I had to spend money on an UBER for no reason and leave an event. This is not the first time that staff cost me money. When the technician at Rio Bravo refused to accept my voucher, I spent almost 50 dollars on UBER and lost a days work.
Desired outcome: Customer service training for the staff there. to prevent them from treating people like they aren't important. I would also like an apology.

Albertsons - Grocery store clerk - sv store rio bravo & isleta
I walked into the store on 10/15/2020 shortly after 0630. Not to many people in the store at that time. After I was done shopping, maybe less than 20 items or so. I had noticed that Albert (I think that is his name, he was the only register open at that time) had been speaking with a customer with no mask on, pleasant conversation nothing out of the ordinary but the mention of the customer not wearing a mask wasn't brought up or maybe I just didn't hear it. I left my items in the cart and Albert asked "O you want me to unload?" Well I thought to myself a few things; 1st was - I don't work here, I provide cash flow to the business which gives you the opportunity to return tomorrow and 2nd, Do I need to unload my items and place them on the fridge which has become a counter? Ive been going to this Albertsons since I was a kid and Im now 52, I can remember this building being built. IF we have to unload the items ourselves, please let me know so that I may start following the rule of thumb.
