I went to return a pair of toddler jeans for my son and I had the receipt. I paid for them by debit card. 2 days prior my bank account had got hacked Into.so I had to cancel that card and wait on my new card to arrive thru mail. Clearly it wouldn't be the same card number as before so it couldn't be returned on that card. She refused to give cash back. Only would put it on a gift card. I didnt pay with a gift card so I didnt want one. This policy is a bid absurd considering cash and debit card are the same thing. Most all stores now have their return policy up to date. I shop at this store alot, so I was surprised nothing could be offered to me that was acceptable.
