Tim Hortons - No service

I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons at 1360 Southfield, Lincoln Park, Michigan 48146. I couldn't get service because of no help. It's a recurring problem at this store. It's aggravating. I come here to eat. And I couldn't even get serviced. I am George Waite 39 Ruth street. Ecorse. Mich. 48229
