So recently at Shaws in sturbridge I have had numerous issues with management treating me horrifically when I can't make it in, I have other associates around me who have been calling out almost every other day, both the managers in my department are gone for a month because they couldn't make it or were sick, I work hard at this small part time job and it's a very toxic environment, both Kathy Peach and Rich Wiggins have treated me poorly.
