To whom it may concern: February 3, 2011 I surfed the web for Mardi Gras New Orleans and package deals came up for hotels. The only thing you see is the stars no information on the hotel name itself . You received the information after you put your personal information and credit card information. I know I entered the dates March 7th and 8th also staying one night on the 7th and checking out on the 8th. I called to see if I could get additional rooms and come to find out I found that the room I reserved for March 7th and 8th were reserved for February7th and 8th. Please refund my money.
