On 9/3/19 I Evacuate my home in Charleston sc, and booked a hotel stay online at www.wyndhamhotels.com from 9/3-9/5/19. I check in, got in my room and about 2hrs later checked my bank and say another hold of $99 on my card that i was told nothing about. Now my bank is overdraft, I'm in a totally different state and have no money. I can't even feed my children or know anyone to give me money. I already couldn't afford to come here, but for my family's safety, i came. The young lady at the front desk also did not find on the site anywhere would it says There be a hold on a debit card transaction. It only says for cash transactions where there be a hold for. I'm so upset right now. I have 4 children and am here with nothing. They said they can't help me at all. I'd rather leave and get a diff hotel who's more transparent about all fees. I really needed you all to be human for me and remove that hold now instead of later but no one is helping me ?.
