Budget Rent A Car

Went to pick up car in Fort Lauderdale. First car did not work. Gave us this car and drove it to our home in Florida. Will not start the next day. Appears to be a battery issue. Called and was told I have to pay for someone to get it started and they would not be able to bring a battery with them. Someone with some common sense please contact me. I rented a working car. It is not working. If I was a betting man I am going to assume no one will call me because no one cares.
