Florida Power & Light [FPL]

We have indoor and outdoor coverage on our plumbing. We had very low water pressure and was told we needed a new line from the City to our home. The work was done in October it is December 19, 2019 and we have a huge trench running from the street under our fence and side of our home under walkway structures. First we found out they hadn't pulled a permit, then 3 -4 weeks ago we found out the permit was ready but the company had not picked it up or scheduled for inspection. That is all they need to do - in the meantime it is a hazard for neighborhood pets and children, we cannot maintain that side of our yard or use it. THIS IS NOT professional or acceptable.
