Nov 7 double charge called mgr at Montrose CO store She said customer service would email in 24hrs. No response
11 called and told mgr had no email yet she said she would call me back in few minutes she did not call
13 called customer service rep told me there was no record of mgr calling about my claim rep took information and said I would get email in 24 hrs
15 still no reponse from anyone
Claimed loss: DOUBLE CHARGE $35.17 CARD ENDING IN 1301
Desired outcome: CREDIT MY CARD $35.17
