BMW of Fremont is over charging on there parts compared to any other BMW Dealership in Bay Area. Example will be a Quart of oil any other BMW in 40 mile radius will cost you $6.00 a quart, Fremont BMW will cost you $9.00 a quart also there own auto group in BMW of Mountainview Ca. which is just 15 mile away will just cost you $6.00 a quart, so is this a error or are they following the gas spike which any gas station owner can charge any amount they want and not be regulated. Its bad enough they have bad parts customer service clerk which doesn't smile and always in the bad mood, this little things just bring the whole house down. Which they need to realize is good customer service will bring customer in and bad will scare customers away.
