AMB Charges
We have open an Joint Saving account in HDFC Bank Rewari pin No 123401 at Modeltown branch on the condition of Rs 1.00 FDR or 25000 AQB to avoide any AMB or AQB. Our saving account no is [protected]. The branch das debiting us RS 551/- since Jan2012 for AMB Charges without any intimation. Branch manager is not reversing the same after our request. We are unable to under stand how they can charges AMB OR AQB when we have fullfilled the condition of Rs 1.00 lac FDR with our account. On inquiry they have told us the rule have been change since jan 2012. How it is poassible they can charge AMB or AQB without any infoemation. if rulls have change they should inform us. if we will accep there condition we will contniue our account otherwise we will close our account. please look in to this matter

Hello,
This is Vishal Wale. I have saving account in hdfc bank with account no.[protected].
1> I came to know in saving account there is no definite minimum balance required to be kept as its a zero balance saving account.Inspite of this 827.25 rs have been deducted against AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS OCT-DEC2017 without informing me on 14th of january 2017. So I want the amount back and no more inconvenience of this type ahead. If it's related to removal of Classic membership, why it has not been informed me earlier?
2> Around 22000/- amount directly converted from saving a/c to FD without approval.
I am using HDFC services since more than 5 years and was in good impression as bank services never did trouble me.
But feeling bad to say that this bank also going behind some banks which were dropped down in past couple of years. This case is putting me to dissatisfaction level.

I am Seethapathi having Saving A/c No. [protected] in your bank. Branch name is in Andhrapradesh, Kurnool Dist.
With out any intimation Your Branch Staff closing my account recently. I am very suffering for my Closing account. Reopen the account as soon as possible. Your branch manager Kurnool he said some lacks of accounts are closing any information for contact head office only. its not my responsibilty as he said. manager said last 1 year your transactions are nil. your account closed last one year. last month 6500/-transactions in my account how it is possible. for any contact my no. is [protected].

I have a new account in HDFC bank before two months but till today I don`t get my WELCOME kit I also submited my documents two times and make cpmplaines and also complaines so many times to HDFC bank SALES MANAGER of GK-II branch in Delhi but he is also not giving me responce can I know that why this is happening with me if bank can`t help me then just close my account and return my all docs and 5200 rs. too but don`t suffer me...
