I never used Jo-Games.com, but they keep charging my bank account. They already took $40.27 from me so now I need to close my credit card. Stop them!

I am also seeing titanplay.net from Houston, tx has charged my credit card 34.95 for something I don't even know, but im pretty sure its like the rest of these complaints and for a free download that had something to do with needing a credit card even though it was sposed to be free. Tried to cancel. couldn't figure out what to do. What do I do next? Sounds like go to my bank? What a lesson learned from these scammers.

I called your company, I wanted more information about your company before I gave my credit card information so, I called. Well, I am glad that I did call because it showed me what kind of employees you have working for you and how I was going to be treated if I did sign up! She was soooo rude and very uncaring about what I wanted to know, like I was bothering her, . I was going to sign up but you sure lost one customer to be, with your "lovely" customer service! I believe you would get more happy customers if you would get some better employees!

wow! thank you all for all this! I was going to download a free game then, I get this page asking me for a credit card, so, I am like why do I need to put in a credit card if this is suppose to be free? So, I called them to see why they needed my credit card and to make sure they are legit well, I get this lady who is really rude and not helpful at all! all she says is that it's company policy whether game is free or not! so, I decided to look at the reviews and thank God I did! I am very skeptical about putting my card in any site! much less one I don't know! I advise everyone else to be very careful about such sites and what I really don't understand is WHY they are allowed to get away with all this scam!

This is a total scam. I tried to download a practice test which was listed as a sponsored high speed download at getbookee.org. It then takes you to urmediazone.com and asks you to sign in. Then asks for credit card to verify your age. Of course, there was no practice test download. Every time it takes you to a different url, including bamplay. playblitz.net, uplayed, crank play, titanplay.net, funk play etc. When I called the customer service and started questioning the woman she put me on hold and never came back. While I was talking to her strange beeping noises started happening. Then I called from a different phone and through intense questioning, got that they were www.jo-game.com based in Canada. That woman then hung up on me. Total scam. Don't sign up.

Look I was supposed to have been refunded my 8.00 ISAID I DIDNT WANT THIS. THEY TOOK 39.95 out of my acct and I want it back ASAP

I had the same problem they have been charging me for months and I finally got to cancel after calling my bank. The stole 600 dollars from me. What can we do.

these people really suck

no one wants this stupid thing but they will not take the cancel, on the bright side they don't charge the .99 how do we cancel?

I agree with every complaint. They offered the site as free until I noticed they were pulling money out of account every five days. They also won't answer their phones so that I can't talk to anyone in person. I have also tried to cancel with them but I don't know if they will cancel or not or just keep taking money out of my account. DO NOT use this site. It also comes under different site names.

i went on d site and d only way u can sign up for the site is to manually enter your personal info so i guess u did it and didnt know wha u was doing

its seams that there is more &more evil out there i choose the side of good & do what i can 2 teach my children right from wrong, these company are not helpingout i do belive money is evil but it is also the men behind it.some things need 2 change or were all in going 2 be in a heep of ###. what r we leaving 4 our chilren &granchildren.

who are these ### steeling our hard earned money $$$$. and getting away with it we would be facen 5-10 years in prison what do thay get a slap on the hand & told no no.
