GoAir Damaged baggage

My name is Kavitha P
I travelled on 14th May from Leh to bangalore on the flight G8/194. When i recived by baggage in B'lore, it was damaged. Trolley handle pull out button was missing and then the lock was broken.
We spoke to a Goair personnel named Kundan Singh. He took the photograph of the baggage and a written complaint from me.
He assured me that customer care would call me within five working days. I insisted for his contact number and he gave me some number [protected].
5 days passed and i didnt have any kind of commincation from GOAIR. I myself called them, and spoke to a person by name Rajesh. He promised me to call back in 2 hours, but as you expect he didnt bother. Since then i have been calling them almost every alternative day and explaining the entire story to differnt people.
Last week, i spoke to a lady Ranjana Devi. She was little proactive and asked me to send the pictures if i have got them, to [protected]@goair.in . I sent almost immediately. She called back to say she will look into this.
And again nothing happened.
In the meantime I called customer care to check if there was any complaint rasied and there is none.
Is this the way any complaint is handled? Is there someone to really look into this?

GoAir International Luggage Rule and fraud

My Wife was charged for extra luggages at the Ranchi Airport by GoAir Duty offcier [Mr. Niraj Sharma (# 2778)][. She was travelling with her mother and one year old son from Ranchi to Delhi on 27th Feb 2017. She had international flight (To USA) on 28th Feb 2017 at 9:20PM. As per international traveller rule [according to GoAir website: http://www.goair.in/termsandconditions04.aspx (Link : For Customers travelling on an International flight) ] (Rule : Ticketed to board a flight to an international destination within 24 hours of arrival at the GoAir flight destination)
She should be allowed to carry 2 luggages or 23KG each per person as he flight from Ranhi to Delhi was arrive at Delhi airport at 9:50 PM on 27th Feb. There was a difference of total 23 HRs and 30 mins. Duty officier at Ranchi Airport (Niraj Sharma) was quite rude and he said I will just not allow you to carry 10kg per person unless yu pay for extra weights. Total Charges taken at Ranchi airport by GoAir for extra luggage: Rs. 15, 000 (15K)
Totel luggage weights: 80 Kgs (paid Rs 15k for 60Kgs extra) -- For all 3 passenger (2 adults and 1 infant); As per rule they can carry 46Kgs/person.
Ranchi Air port Duty officer: Mr. Niraj Sharma (2778)

I also spoke to Niraj Sharma few times on this matter last night. He was quite rude and he just said I have full knowledge and I will not let them take luggage as per International travel rules because I calculate 24 Hrs starting from Ranchi departure time. I also mentioned him about rules on website and he replied that I have better knowledge than you. When My wife booked the ticket she was clearly told that they will be allopwed to carry 46Kg/Person if she has Inetrnation flight within 24hrs.

We have boarded flight and waiting for take off from last 2 hours.
No announcement from flight captain.
Kindly help asap.
Flight attendant and nobody responding.

GO AIR SUCKS BIGTIME! MY FRAGILE BAGAGE WAS BROKEN INTO AND TAMPERED WITH AND DESPITE WRITING A COMPLAINT NOBODY BOTHERED TO GIVE A LISTEN. WAY TO GO GOAIR.. YOU HAVE JUST DRAGGED YOURSELF TO THE LOWEST OF THE LOW WITH YOUR CRAPPY SERVICE. I HOPE YOU GUYS LOSE OUT TO BUSINESS AND BURN IN AVIATION HELL. BRACE YOURSELF FOR A BAD REVIEW BOMBARDMENT. I have one of the worst experience with GoAir.

On 4th April 2017, I have booked two tickets for Bangalore to Ahmadabad to travel on 3rd of July. I had booked the ticked online and got the confirmation too.

now after 15 days (on 17th April 2017) I have got a SMS saying

MAM/SIR, G8194 FRM BLR 3 JUL IS CANCELLED DUE 2 ISSUES BEYOND CNTRL OF THE AIRLINE. WE RGRET INCNVENENCE.CALL [protected]/[protected].RGRDS GOAIR.

Next day (18th April 2017) I called up to goair customer care and they said sorry sir your flight has been canceled and we will refund you the full amount (5308/-) to the same credit card you have used to book the ticked.

Now today (24th April 2017) I have received an email saying
We would like to inform that we have refunded the credit amount for your PNR number ALCPT5 . The amount refunded is Rs 5050 and the bank reference number is [protected]. The same should reflect in your credit card account in 3working days.

This is just ridicules... I had to pay extra money to other airlines to book my new tickets and above all - GoAir has refunded only the partial amount though they have committed to refund full amount.

my suitcase of grey colour is misplaced at the airport on the flight G8 223 on 22/11/2017 from delhi to indore at 7 pm by the name sk narang tag no of suitcase is [protected] pmi no is G8/GAOL02
