I raised a complaint for my Livpure RO pickup/service on [17th date], but it was closed without any resolution. I had to raise another complaint on [22nd date], which is still pending. My ticket number is [protected].
Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the Livpure team. I am shifting from my flat on [30th date], and the pickup is still not completed.
Due to this delay and negligence, my ?1499 security deposit is also at risk. This clearly shows poor customer service and deficiency in service. I am facing inconvenience and mental harassment due to their unprofessional behavior.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, including RO pickup and refund of my ?1499 deposit, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum and take legal action against the company without any further notice.
