Worst experience with Edarjee. I gave 4 blouses for stitching, but all 4 were stitched with completely different designs from what I had provided. Their website promises delivery in 5–7 days, but I received them only after 10 days. Since the designs and measurements were wrong, they collected the blouses again for correction and returned them after 7 more days without fixing the issues properly.
Throughout these 17 days, there were no proper status updates. Customer care never responds properly or calls back despite repeated follow-ups. Now they are again asking me to send the blouses for correction once more.
My money, blouse material, time, and effort spent on continuous follow-ups have all been wasted. Very disappointing service and poor customer support. I do not recommend Edarjee.
