Tim Hortons

I went to this location with my own travel mug, which I told them about when I ordered through the drive through. When I got to the window, instead of filling my cup as requested, they poured it out of a disposable cup in to my mug. I refused & went to 711 where I never have an issue with this.

I have my own mug to help the environment, so pouring out in to a disposable cup & then in to my travel mug defeats the purpose.

I have gone to other Tim Horton locations & not had this issue. Please tell me what your policy is regarding this. Also, how you are going to make this up to me.
