I get the waiting it's a processes, but when you state your order, they repeat your order, and then ask you the order at the window and STILL get it wrong it's a little more then frustrating to sit in drive they for 11 mins and get cream in a tea when you ordered and verified 3 times dbl dbl with MILK THIS happens WAY too often, not to mention how much is missing from an CL and I assume cream "flakes" floating in it we pay a pretty penny for a cup it would be nice if the order could be all there, with proper ingredients.
