It's better to close this location as too many customers are not getting their food options.
It looks as if the owner is not attentive.
Due to this reason nowadays Tim Hortons is loosing business as lots of the people are opting to visit McDonald.
Either the company should change the franchising policy to offer new business to some new entrepreneurs instead of giving 10-15 locations to one lazy owner.
I see the results that last week for the first time in my 20 years in Canada, I got discount coupons flyer in my mailbox.
