I showed up at the Shoppers drug mart at 125 The Queensway in Etobicoke Ontario at 11:55pm on June 24th, 2022. The store advertised hours are that it closes at midnight. I rushed to get medicine for my sick child and I was refused entry. I knew exactly what medicine I needed and it would have taken me a minute to pick it up. They had locked the doors. The manager was rude and did not even bother to listen.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response to explain if this is Shoppers policy to deny clients if they make it before the store closes
