Tim Hortons

I went through the drive-thru at this address in Colborne Ontario and ordered an extra large coffee when the lady gave me my coffee through the window and I went to put it in my car the lid fell off and burnt my finger badly I've had the lead come off before with these new lids but never have I burnt myself then the lady never even apologized or offered me another coffee I'm very disappointed in the lids and I have attached a photo of my finger being burnt I would appreciate some sort of feedback or compensation for what has happened I'm very very disappointed and I've always been a very loyal customer of Tim Hortons
