I visit tim hortons today and I ordered ice coffee with less ice and the staff is so rude and disrespectful. They gave me the wrong order with more ice. I complaint about the order, she said gave back the coffee and what's next is sooo bad. She put her hand on coffee and thrw away the ice and gave to me. First of all COVID-19 has already made the lives so horrible and this type of act is not acceptable. The afternoon staff is so rude. The location is 675 Main street north, Brampton, ontario
I hope you will take this issue seriously and this ridiculous act is not acceptable.
