Tim Hortons - farmers breakfast

Hi,
I bought 2 farmers breakfast and the HASH Browns were old and hard.
How do people such horrid stuff, where is Tims standards, please no wonder you guys are loosing Teritory.
Its morning rush hour, you have the whole crew from Asia, however its bad, its not cool.
If you go to STARBUCKS, we know what I pay for, not here.
