Tim Hortons

Hi I visited your Richmond store today and I am disgusted that your whole store was dirty. The ladies washroom door lock is broken and has been for sometime at least 2 weeks. That's when I last was there. Also I had to wait over 10 mins to be served but with only 3 customers ahead of me. Several times I have had to wait more then 10 minutes. I find this unacceptable. Your attention in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
