Tim Hortons

I ordered as I always do from my mobile app by choosing the regular and closest Tim Hortons, however when we reached the place it was closed. However they never cancelled or refunded my money and when I submitted a feedback form I noticed that they changed the order to some other address. Pls see the screenshot and the order history to see that I have never ever ordered from the other place and since I don't drive I wouldn't even know how to get there. To me this is cheating to change a location without checking with customer first and then charging them for the order.
