Tim Hortons

I go through the drive thru at the Tim Hortons in Vegreville, Alberta 2-3 times a day. Many times it's only three quarters full. I'm getting a medium iced cap in a large cup. I'm attaching a photo of the iced cap that I received today. I'm starting to think of coming elsewhere for my cold beverages. I'm not getting what I pay for and I feel that I'm getting ripped off in a sense. I would like to be contacted by mail about rectifying this issue.
