Tim Hortons - rude

Morning 09:45 Jan 12th, 2020 my family patronage at Rabbit Hill Road Tim Horton and were rudely served by a young lady with the name Rayka.
We ordered a couple of meal sets and wasn't served as appropriately. We went back to her and rudely told us off that didn't I repeat your order.
My wife line again to make a fresh order. This is absolutely disgusting and let me know what actions is your organization going to take to improvise.
