Dear Blue Dart Team,
I am filing a serious complaint against the delivery executive handling my shipment.
The executive repeatedly gave false updates 3–4 times. He asked me for the delivery OTP/code saying that he was delivering the parcel immediately. After taking the code, he still did not deliver the shipment and updated the status as “Consignee Not Available,” which is completely false.
I was available at the delivery location, and no proper delivery attempt was made. I also have screenshot proof of the incorrect status update.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Kindly investigate this matter urgently, take strict action against the concerned executive, and ensure immediate delivery of my shipment.
