Since banning plastic bags on delivery it was optional to receive the bags, so I opted out as we had so many bags. Since the pandemic coles have made bagging groceries mandatory and charging 15c perpag. We are now overwhelmed with plastic bags that we cannot use fast enough and it's becoming a health hazard trying to store them everywhere. Can we return them and get out money back? We will cut back in our online ordering even though through disability we need it. This has caused distress. We do try to keep green so throwing them out is not an option but being charged for them is rubbing salt into the wound. They are forcing people to get plastic bags whereas we are trying to cut down. There must be a better way.
