Hi,
I want to make a complaint with the new packaging in your meat department.
When trying to open this you need to use a pair of sizzers to cut through the thin plastic covering the meat.
Not only that my mum and a lot of earldely people suffer with arthritis in their hands and this makes it very difficult
Please think of everyone before changing.
Please go back to the original packaging.
