Loft / Ann Taylor review: Customer service is horrible

I just wanted to exchange an item for a smaller size. None of their contact options are viable. I have tried for days & only had 1 response via text (they couldn't help me) and 1 response on chat after trying for 3 full days. The exchange was set up on my account & then the website reloaded and the chat disappeared before it was finished. They then canceled my exchange on my account later that night saying that the item was no longer available - too bad I can still add the item to my cart in the size I wanted, but for 4x the cost. What a scam. If you order from them, order every size you might need - you'll never get an exchange.
